Hello, friends! Today, I am sharing a fun new collection from Hero Arts called Whimsical Wheels. This is a really fun collection of products, centering around the main Beep Beep die set. Santa comes with the main set, but there are also products to make Fall themed cards.

If you are more into making Halloween cards at the moment, there is another fun release this month called Spooky Smiles, which features some fun interactive die options. I hope to be sharing a card with that collection soon.

HEROWEEN

And speaking of Halloween, don’t miss out on the Heroween Halloween advent box, which includes 13 days of Halloween crafting!

NEW VIDEO

I do have a new video today. I show some of my go-to die cutting tips and tricks that I use on almost every die cut card that I make. From shading to building up dimension, I like to pay attention to even the smallest of details! You can CLICK HERE to view the video on YouTube, or you can view it below.

NOTE: all supplies are linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this blog post.

My card today features the main Beep Beep die set. I also brought in some elements from the Beep Beep Holiday Extras die set. This set has lots of fun things to put in or on the car. I used the presents and Christmas lights from that set, and you can also use the elements from this set on a card that doesn’t have a car at all!

For the main sentiment, I used the Very Merry Wishes Stamp & Cut set. You’ll see in the video how the matching die cut from this set helped me position the sentiment before stamping it on the hood. Because, of course, I failed to even think about my sentiment until much later on in the card process!

For the sentiment on the license plate, I used the Season’s Greetings stamp. This is one big stamp that has multiple sentiments on it, and then you can die cut them all at once using the Sentiment Strips Fancy Die. Since I had stamped and cut these a month or so ago, it was very convenient to be able to just pick one out and add it to my license plate. Check out this blog post to see how I used this same stamp to create some colorful embossed sentiments.

I hope this card brings a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.

Wishing you all a crafty day,

Allison
