Hello, friends! I am excited to share some cards that I made using a fun new product from Spellbinders. These are dimensional butterfly stickers. Although they are technically stickers, I think of them more like ephemera. And when I think of ephemera, I think, “Less work for me!” So, I decided to embrace the “less work” idea, and I pulled out a bunch of patterned paper to make some backgrounds for my cards. Spellbinders actually carries a lot of patterned paper on their website from several different companies, including Doodlebug, Waffle Flower, and Paper Rose.

There are several different color themed packages of these dimensional butterflies. I used the Sunset, Twilight and Summer Day sets. They are all gorgeous and so realistic looking!

I have a new video on YouTube sharing these cards and the patterned paper that I used. Since I am currently attending the Simon Says Stamp Create event in Ohio, I am going to share minimal details here on the blog and let you watch the video instead! You can CLICK HERE to watch directly on YouTube or you can watch it below.

UPDATE: One update that I want to make from the video has to do with my favorite patterned paper from 49 and Market that I used on the first card pictured below. I mentioned in the video that I purchased mine at Simon Says Stamp, and that although it had come back into stock the other day, it was now out of stock again. I did find it in stock at Scrapbook.com, so I am linking it below with all of the other supplies. This is absolutely the most amazing patterned paper!

Note: all supplies are linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this blog post.

I hope these cards bring a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.

Wishing you all a crafty day,

Allison
