Hello, friends! Today, I am sharing two fun collections that recently came out from Spellbinders – Merry Mayhem and Snack Goals. These collections are great for making funny, light-hearted, or even snarky cards that just bring a smile to your face.
Merry Mayhem is somewhat of a holiday version of the fun This is Life collection that came out this past January. It consists of three die sets and a sentiment stamp set. The die sets each also include a few sentiment stamps.
- Deck the Dumpster Stamp & Die Set
- Snow Done Stamp & Die Set
- Rein It In Stamp & Die Set
- Joy-ish Sentiments Stamp Set
Snack Goals is a fun add-on collection to the Chompster die set that is included in the Just Add Cake Birthday Card Making Kit. It consists of four die sets and a sentiment stamp set. Two of the die sets also include a few sentiment stamps of their own.
- One More Bite
- Top It Off
- Merry Munchies Stamp & Die Set
- Snackula Stamp & Die Set
- Snack Goals Stamp Set

If you live outside of the United States/North America, you might want to head over to the Spellbinders UK website.
My first card features the new Deck The Dumpster set. This is an add-on to the Dumpster Fire set that came out in January. Not pictured on this card are a couple cute raccoons because there’s nothing that screams dumpster than a couple of trash pandas, right? I didn’t use them on this card because I have other plans for them. This card has enough going on already because I put the dumpster on one of the new Giggle Springs. It’s so fun seeing it wobble (which you can see in the video). The sentiment on this card is from the Snow Done set. I created the card base and panel using the Nested Postage Labels set.
My next card features the Snow Done set. The penguin, sentiment and iceberg are all from that set. The background was hot foiled using the Winter Peace Press + Foil Plate, which came out last month. This plate is part of the current Shiny Savings Sale. I used white opaque foil – my favorite – and my new Glimmer II Machine. I did rummage through my stash to find a hat for the penguin. This hat was from a different penguin, which was part of the Small Die of the Month from October 2024.
This funny card features the Rein It In set. I created a little scene using the Vista View Window. The striped paper, meant to be wallpaper, is from my stash. The paper behind Rudolph (yes, that’s Rudolph) is from La-La Land Crafts. This is from an older paper pad called Winter Song, but there are a lot of winter and holiday themed paper pads on their website that are similar. I just find all of their papers so magical! This particular paper was chosen because I really wanted some white space around Rudolph, since the window panes are already hiding part of him.
So, why is Rudolph so frustrated?! Well, you would be, too, if you had just discovered Santa sitting down on the job eating cookies while you and your fellow reindeer are doing all the work! And, on top of that, you have realized that he has never shared any of these cookies with you after all these years! How rude! The sentiment says it all, and it is from this same Rein It In set.
This next card features several sets from the new Snack Goals Collection. The hat is from the Top It Off set, and the braces and donut are from the One More Bite set. The funny sentiment is from the Snack Goals Stamp Set. Remember – Chompster is included in the Just Add Cake Birthday Card Making Kit.
This card also features several sets from the Snack Goals Collection. The chocolate bar is from the One More Bite set, and the hat is from the Merry Munchies set. The funny sentiment is from Riley & Company and has been in my stash for awhile just waiting for the perfect card! The white panel was made with the new Ripple Rectangle Frames from the new Snow Globe Scenes Collection, which I hope to be sharing more of soon!
I hope these cards bring a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.
Wishing you all a crafty day,
Allison
