I am thrilled to be sharing more inspiration as an Altenew Ambassador. My card today features the 3D embossing folder and matching stencil set from the December Craft Your Life Project Kit, which is called Whispers in the Canopy. This kit is available to non-subscribers, but if you want a discounted price, the Craft Your Life kit is a fabulous subscription. The kits include a 6″ x 8″ stamp set, a stencil set, a 3D embossing folder, and a coordinating die set to fit the theme. There is also usually an add-on available. I first embossed a piece of white card stock in the embossing folder. It is really easy to line up the stencils with the embossed design. I used the Tranquility and Bubblegum Dreams sets of Altenew inks. I love these colors together! One thing I did a little differently is that I turned my A2 panel sideways in the embossing folder. So, it’s a different perspective of the floral scene. I love using alternative colors for leaves, and this Tranquility set of inks has stolen my heart!
I heat embossed one of the sentiments from the Classic Greetings set using white embossing powder on a dark blue card stock. I used the same blue card stock as my card base. To finish the card, I added a few sparkly gems around the panel.
