Hello, friends! I am excited to share one of the new June collections from Spellbinders called La Dolce Vita. This collection actually debuted in the Weekender Retreat kit and event that took place a couple weeks ago, but now it is all sold separately! I created a fun card featuring the Deckside Dreams die set. There are some other great collections this month – CLICK HERE to check them out.

I have a new video sharing my cards today. You can CLICK HERE to view it on YouTube, or you can view it below.
NOTE: all supplies are linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this blog post.

My card today features the Deckside Dreams die set. I also used the La Dolce Vita Banners from the collection, as well as one of the new Treasured Cardstock packs released this month. You can see the beautiful shine on that aquamarine paper. The shape of this card is thanks to the Arch Labels and Tag Die Set. I did pull the bird in from an older collection, but you know there’s a bird from the June Small Die of the Month that would also work!
UPDATE!
If you watched the video, you’ll know that I added a few things at the end, including the card that I was working on with the new Citrus Spritz set. I finished the card, and you can now see it below! The black and white Treasured Cardstock that I used is barely visible in the photo. I used the black glossy cardstock for the strip instead of the piece that I showed in the video. The white flowers were all cut from the Brushed Metallic Antique White cardstock. I added in some new yellow sequins for the flower centers instead of using the dies that come with the set. The black and white pattern at the bottom is from the Buffalo Plaid Press Plate, which I inked up with black pigment ink.

I also show a couple projects in the video that I made with the new Summer Felt Stitch & Create Collection. I made a flower and a strawberry, and they’re both so sweet! Next up for me is the fun Cheerful Chirps Collection! I will be back in a few days to share that with you.
I hope this card brings a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.
Wishing you all a crafty day,
Allison
