Hello, friends! I am back today with two cards that I made using several new collections from Spellbinders. There are seven new October collections, and I am featuring the following three:

My first card features the new Amaryllis Garden 3D Embossing Folder. I used one of the acetate sheets from the Woodland Tales Foiled Acetate & Vellum pack to create an overlay for the card. The sentiment comes from the new Home for Christmas Sentiments Press Plate & Die Set, which is part of the Amaryllis Christmas Collection. I hot foiled the plate onto green card stock with gold foil. I added a gold ribbon at the top, which keeps the acetate attached to the panel. It actually hides the staple that attaches the acetate! Finally, I added some new satin gold sequins, which are part of the Woodland Tales release.
For my second card, I revisited a favorite die when it comes to scenery – the Vista View Window. I just had to frame this gorgeous paper from the Woodland Tales 6″ x 6″ Paper Pack! The amazing frame around the window, which is really supposed to be the walls of a cozy cabin, is thanks to the new Bark 3D Embossing Folder, from the Timeless Trees Collection. The sentiment comes from the All Seasons Autumn Sentiments Press Plate & Die Set. Again, I hot foiled the plate with gold foil. I added some non-green “greenery” at the top, including some garland from the Mantel Decorations set! This is part of the Timeless Trees Collection, and it goes along with the Mantel Village set, which is where the window sill on this card comes from (it’s the mantel die). I have already started a card using these two sets, so stay tuned! You can actually see me starting that card in my video. Yes, I get easily distracted by fun things!
