Hello, crafty friends! I am excited to be participating in the kickoff of the  Pretty Pink Posh  November winter release! We are celebrating with a video hop over on YouTube (see more info below). This release is so whimsical and fun! As always, there are dies, stencils, stamps and new shaker bits. My card today is a colorful winter scene featuring the following products from the release:

Video Hop Giveaway

Head over to my YouTube video for the actual hop, where you could win a $20 gift card to Pretty Pink Posh. Be sure to leave a comment on the video to qualify! Note that this hop closes on 11/11/25. There are some fabulous designers sharing inspiration today, so make sure to leave some love for everyone because there will be a prize for every stop on the hop!

My card started with the beautiful new Snowflake Background Stencil. I used three of my favorite colors of Distress Ink (Kitsch Flamingo, Salvaged Patina and Twisted Citron) and randomly applied the colors over the stencil. I then used the same colors to ink blend the trees from the Winter Trees Dies set. The hill shapes come from the new Snowy Hills Borders. I cut two hills, which divide the three trees from each other. The sentiment is from the Let It Snow Stamp Set and its coordinating die set

Little details include adding Stickles along the tops of the hills for some shimmer and shine. I splattered the pink and green trees with white Distress Spray Stain, which I actually forgot to mention in the video. And finally, I added a few sparkling sequins in the sky.

I really didn’t want to lose any of that beautiful background, so I kept my card panel A2 sized and then added a black mat behind it. I adhered this to a gray card base measuring 5″ x 6.25″. It seems like I have been doing a lot of larger scale cards lately. I don’t try to keep things limited to A2 size if the designs need something larger.

I hope this card brings a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.

Wishing you all a crafty day,

Allison
