Hello, friends! I am popping in today to share a really fun card featuring the new Bibi’s Musical Notes collection from Spellbinders. This is a 5×7 card, which I have been making more of lately. The Majestic Guitar certainly fills up the space! The pop-up feature to this card could not have been any easier, and that is thanks to the Musical Notes & Stave Pop-Up set. This was a really fun card to make. I think this guitar lends itself so well to customization and gift-giving.

I encourage you to watch the video to see how the main guitar came together. I raided my stash of dies to find just the ones I needed to create this design. I was inspired by my family’s trip to Mexico City earlier this summer. The vibrant colors, the folk art, the markets, the pottery – it makes me all want to go visit again very soon! Like I mentioned, though, this guitar lends itself so well to making it your own. The other fun thing about this guitar is the separate Majestic Guitar Box Side Panels set that turns the guitar into a box. Talk about an amazing gift! I think the guitar would also be fun as a shaped card.
Like I said, this pop-up feature could not have been any easier. The die from the Musical Notes & Stave Pop-Up set does all the work for you. I think this die would also be really fun to use with other elements, not just musical notes.
