Hello, crafty friends! I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am sharing a really fun color block shaker card featuring a vertical word die from the new Waffle Flower Sweet Gathering Release. One of the really fun aspects of this card is that I used glitter that I colored myself!

My card today features the new Overlapping Vertical Happy Word Die. This is the 4th vertical word die that Waffle Flower has come out with in the past several months, and they are definitely a favorite for me! The leaves and butterfly embellishments come from the new Cozy Icons die set.
As for the shaker itself, the easy part is thanks to the Postage Collage Mini Slimline Blocks Die. The sections are already ready to add colorful shaker bits to, and if you stack your die cuts versus using foam tape, you can rest easy that your small shaker bits won’t escape! I used glitter, so I definitely didn’t want that to escape. Check out the video to see how I colored my glitter!
