Hello! Today, I am sharing this sweet birthday card using some new-to-me products.

I love this Happy Birthday Background stamp from The Stamp Market. I think that it is so versatile. For this card, I took an A2 sized panel of Bristol smooth card stock, stamped the background with Versamark ink, and white heat embossed it. I then blended three colors of Distress Oxide ink – Cracked Pistachio, Squeezed Lemonade, and my new favorite, Kitsch Flamingo.

My original intention was to just leave it as is, but these adorable Balloon Besties stamps from My Favorite Things have been waiting to be unpackaged for awhile, and I couldn’t resist.

I chose the raccoon and the bear image from the set, inked them up with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and colored them with my Copic Markers. I did add the balloon image to the raccoon before cutting the images out.

I popped everything up on a 4.75″x6″ white card base with foam tape. I finished the card with some sparkling clear sequins. I love how this card turned out, and I hope it puts a smile on your face.

Wishing you all a crafty day!

Allison
